Mohamed Chaarani is the Principal Lawyer and founder of MC Lawyers & Associates. With over 10 years of legal practice, Mohamed founded the firm in 2023 after gaining extensive experience in criminal law and a broad range of complex legal matters.
Mohamed holds an Honours degree in Law, a double Bachelor’s degree in Business, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. His practice involves several key areas of law, including criminal, family, civil, and employment, with criminal law as his primary focus.
He brings a wealth of knowledge and an unwavering passion to his work, delivering fierce advocacy for clients navigating some of the most difficult moments in their lives. Known for his sharp, confident approach, Mohamed has successfully represented clients in high-stakes matters, often involving prosecution. He is also well-regarded for securing Diversions for eligible clients, helping them avoid convictions where possible.
From minor matters such as traffic infringements and licence suspensions to serious criminal cases including family violence, intervention orders, and homicide, Mohamed’s expertise in criminal defence is both extensive and exceptional.
Mohamed is deeply committed to justice, fairness, and supporting youth in the community. Fluent in both English and Arabic, he offers bilingual support to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
